I have a question about the billing for the new book. If I order (or, pre-order, rather) now, with a credit card, will the card be charged right away? Here’s my odd dilemma: I’m moving on March 31. The billing address I provide will be correct if you go ahead and charge to the card right away. If you wait (until April, say), I will have moved, notified charge card companies, and the billing address provided to you will be incorrect by April, and thus probably won’t go through.
So…let me know?
